This Is Wheel Life

Life can be hard – for everyone. But life can be especially challenging for disabled individuals, and I happen to be one of them. I often find myself searching for people that face similar challenges as me, not only as a sort of “life guide”, but just for an overall sense of belonging and community. My wish is that this blog can serve that purpose for myself and others and shed some light on what life is like as a wheelchair user.

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy getting a glimpse into my real life… my wheel life.

xoxo, Meg

Do you ever think about the meaning of life? Why were we put on this earth? Why were we given the body, the personality, and the voice we have? Why were we born into the family that we were? I have a never ending list of questions about life, and I don’t think I’m ever going to get a definitive answer to any of them, simply because there is no definitive answer. No one knows what the meaning of life is, but I think Forrest Gump had a pretty good way of explaining it when he said. “life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get.”
